Minimum rental time is 3 nights.
Long stay: If you book 2 weeks you get a 10% discount.
For 3 weeks or more the discount is 20%.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our quite new, but traditional stone house 100 m from the sea. You have the big upper terrace all to yourself with dining table and sun beds. From here you have a fantastic view over the olive groves and the sea. Part of the terrace has a shading bamboo roof.

The apartment has two rooms. The large one with a double bed, table with 4 chairs and a small kitchen.

The smaller bedroom has a family bunk bed with comfortable stairs/steps. Lower bed is 120 cm, upper bed 90 cm. The door to the bathroom is reached from the corridor between the two rooms.

As we are living on the ground floor we are always there to answer any questions and suggest the best beaches, trekking routs, bike paths, excursions, sights and photo spots.

The village Agios Nikolaos is at a comfortable walking distance from the apartment (750 m). There are several coffee shops and restaurants lining the sea front. I the village you find two grocery stores (open all year), a pharmacy and a couple of cash machines/ATM. On your way to the village you pass the beautiful swimming place Gnospi (600 m). If you continue through the village and a bit further, you reach the lovely Pantazi beach.
We are located very close to the bicycle path connecting Agios Nikolaos to the village Stoupa 2,5 km further north. It is perfect for a stroll or a bike ride any time of day. You may rent bicycles in Stoupa at 2407m or Mani Cars & Bicycles.

Getting here:
From Kalamata Airport there is a bus to Kalamata every half hour. From Kalamata the local bus leaves for Agios Nikolaos four times daily. Timetable at KTEL.
